Redesign of the FK Bohemia Světlá nad Sázavou Grandstand

2026 · Visual Concept, Colour Scheme, Design & Visualisation

As part of the celebrations marking a major milestone in the history of FK Bohemia Světlá nad Sázavou, I contributed to the redesign of the stadium grandstand. The aim was to use the planned renovation and stadium improvements as an opportunity to create a more cohesive overall appearance while strengthening the club’s identity within the space where matches take place and fans come together.

I developed a new colour scheme for the grandstand structure, based on the club’s distinctive combination of blue and white. The concept uses a rhythm of vertical colour elements that extends across the rear wall of the grandstand, its individual structural components and up to the roof. This creates a stronger visual identity and a unified appearance, both from the spectators’ perspective and when viewed from a greater distance across the pitch.

The project also included the preparation of technical documentation and the creation of visualisations to present the proposed design ahead of its implementation. The design was subsequently brought to life in 2026, becoming one of the visible elements of the stadium improvements carried out as part of the club’s anniversary celebrations.

Design & Implementation

The result is a simple yet impactful redesign that connects the stadium’s architecture with the visual identity of FK Bohemia Světlá nad Sázavou, giving this traditional sporting venue a more contemporary and cohesive appearance.

The club’s anniversary celebrations also included the creation of a commemorative anniversary publication, in which I was involved throughout the entire process — from developing the editorial concept and graphic design to layout, photo editing and final print production.
